Ziegenmelker – Dry-Hopped Pilsner (4.9% ABV)

Our cold-hopped organic Pilsner. Brewed with organic Hallertauer Tradition and organic Citra hops, it offers fresh aromas of pineapple and citrus, complemented by subtle herbal and grassy notes. Slim, lightly bitter, and gently fruity, Ziegenmelker is the ideal Pilsner for anyone who loves aromatic, unfiltered beers.

Tannenhäher – West Coast IPA (6.9% ABV)

A classic West Coast IPA with intense resinous-floral notes, a hint of citrus, and strong but balanced bitterness. Brewed with plenty of organic Centennial and a touch of organic Citra — aromatic, bold, and full of character.

Bienenfresser – Cold IPA (6.7% ABV)

An expressive, hop-forward, easy-to-drink IPA with resinous-fruity notes and aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. Pronounced bitterness, full hop aroma, and a lean body — the perfect IPA for relaxed, sunny moments.

Austernfischer – Double IPA (7.8% ABV)

Our tropical powerhouse: double dry-hopped with organic Ekuanot, organic Idaho 7, and organic Citra. Juicy, aromatic, and intense — a strong, hop-forward Double IPA with an explosion of flavor.
