Our Ziegenmelker is a cold-hopped Pilsner made from 100% organic ingredients, unfiltered and vegan. With organic Hallertauer Tradition hops and organic US Citra hops, it develops fresh aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits — complemented by fine herbal and grassy notes.

With 4.9% ABV, a gentle bitterness (IBU ≈ 35), and its lean, naturally hazy character, Ziegenmelker is the perfect companion for anyone who appreciates a high-quality, aromatic Pils — whether a craft-beer fan or a classic beer lover.
